Anyone else having falsely marked its SiteAdvisor site?
We were using the e107 software on our site and found it has some weak permissions and gave hackers the ability to upload the malicious file. We had fully removed the software and files on our server end of January 2008, as soon as our security team found the problem. McAfee talked to a supervisor level 3 with the name of P **** R. and found some information on this for me. She said "SiteAdvisor takes up to 4 to 6 weeks to review the determination of his data SiteAdvisor" Despite that information is 3 months of the date. Since SiteAdvisor does not return to the sites on any schedule that would possibly leave outdated information on a web site to SiteAdvisor and do not update this information unless the site owner makes a difference. I even went to SiteAdvisor and rechecked my site and simply caching of information and not actually check again and show that no harmful downloads, and as I said no for months.
