Interracial Dating: What does not make sense to me is ….?
One thing about interracial couples has puzzled me for some time now. I've noticed that between communities and the areas I've been there many married white Hispanics, Asians, native amercans, etc. I have nothing against it, but my question is why people just refer to it when interracial date white and African-American person? Caucasion knew a girl that Hispanics and Native Americans dated, but when her family discovered she was dating an African American, then called it "Interracial" Contacts, and his disapproval thereof. In other words, if it is okay for a Caucasion to date an Asian, Latino, Native American or Pacific Islander, why is at that point Interracial for them to date an African American?
