single mother 4 month old girl. Im having the "donor" to court for paternity, child support and custody, and medical … The only problem is I have nobody to represent me in court. Dad did not return calls or emails and I have not spoken to him since January since Im staying at my house the mothers, their combined income (less than 20,000 a year) with my 401 K (approx. 10,000) and said "I" that much of free legal representation. (3 adults and infants 1) Your income is not mine! And take my 401K would mean to me acquiring a 30% penalty … I've looked at New Jersey Bar, planning groups family free legal advice sites, etc – but I can not seem to find the representation (To stand before the court and speak on my behalf) to an audience at the royal court comes begging for October any organizations?? ANY HELP AT ALL would be greatly appreciated. Thank you soooooo much … : (
Talk child support organization in your county. Sometimes they pay the support in place of the donor to pay and then go after him for back support instead of having to do so. Good luck!
