It's a matter like sex or is it like dating someone else while married to someone else?

I'm just curious. I never (I took my vows in the sense of something). I hear at work are still asking is only sex that are missing or something like a date? Yes, I know it's bad. It's not something I consider. I hear people at work, say they, I ask because I do not want to be involved in the drama.
